Sebnem is a leader in the area of sterilization systems and built the first independent toll steam sterilization facility in Turkey along her other ventures.
She has taken various roles as global sales and business development director in organic and conventional companies.
Sebnem has played a major role in the startup of eight companies and has won numerous business awards, including High-Impact Global Entrepreneur by Endeavor Global; Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, 2nd place, by Garanti Bank and Women Entrepreneur Association and SME of the Year, by Turkonfed, Confederation of Industrial Businessmen. A native speaker of Turkish, fluent in English and a conversational speaker of German, she has received certificates of appreciation from the U.S. Embassy.
She holds a Master of Science in biotechnology from Izmir Institute of Technology, Turkey and a B.S. degree in food engineering from Ege University, Turkey.
